Here at MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions’ Engineered Plastics division, our expertise is in the design, molding and assembly of functional engineered plastic and insert molded components.  We have two facilities in Southeast Wisconsin.  One in Menomonee Falls near Milwaukee and one in Whitewater near Madison.  Our business is conveniently located near to the Chicago, Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin region. 

Our expertise provides us with the capability to mold a wide range of engineering grade resins.  Our specialty is working with customers to provide value-add engineering support by helping customers optimize designs for manufacturing, assembly and part weight reduction.  We have extensive molding expertise using polymers.

We have IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, IS0 14001 and UL registrations as well as Ford Q1 status.  Our customers are in the Automotive, Water Filtration, Recreational Vehicle, Heavy Duty Truck, Industrial Motor and other industries.
