MacLean-Fogg and EJOT Announce Joint Operating Agreement


Building on an existing relationship with the Global Fastener Alliance, MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions (MFCS) and EJOT recently signed an agreement to produce high temperature fasteners at EJOT’s existing manufacturing facility in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China.

Under the agreement, EJOT will be manufacturing fasteners from the MFCS high temp product line.  These high temperature, high vibration bolts and studs are the primary product manufactured at MFCS’s MacLean Maynard facility in Chesterfield Twp, Michigan.  MacLean Maynard is the global leader in the production of high temp, high vibe bolts and studs made of exotic materials such as A286, Nimonic 80A, and Inconel 718.  Their Improved Lockthread and Self-Aligning Lockthread are recognized industry leading products used by OEMs and Suppliers around the globe. 

EJOT will focus on manufacturing high temp, high vibe bolts and studs made of A286 stainless steel material for local Chinese customers in the automotive and large diesel engine markets. The pact combines MacLean Maynard’s expertise in high temp materials and EJOT’s local manufacturing, engineering and sales presence to provide our joint customers the best solution for high temperature applications.
