Duncan MacLean, President of MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, announced the acquisition of Sky Manufacturing, located in Commerce, California. Sky specializes in producing high-strength, fatigue-rated, close-tolerance fasteners including NASM male fasteners up to 1.25 inches from A286, Inconel 718CR, Titanium, 4340, and 8740 alloys.
