Our Capabilities

Here at MacLean Curtis, we pride ourselves on being experts in our three main manufacturing processes:

Multi-Spindle Screw Machining

With a century of multiple-spindle, screw machining experience, MacLean Curtis has accumulated a comprehensive knowledge base unmatched by competitors.  MacLean Curtis operates nearly all types of multi-spindle screw machines, including Schutte, Schutte PC, Acme Gridley, Euroturn and Gildemeister 6 and 8 spindle screw machines.

Rotary Transfer Machining

MacLean Curtis has been a leader in the use of Hydromat, rotary transfer machines for over 20 years. Our battery of 12 and 16-station Hydromats is one of the largest in North America. MacLean Curtis' experience and skill with Hydromats allows us to produce highly-complex machined parts while eliminating the need for costly, secondary operations.

CNC Machining

With a CNC department dedicated to prototyping, MacLean Curtis is equipped to assist from the earliest stages of screw machined part design. This knowledge allows MacLean Curtis to find the most cost effective way to manufacture your screw machined parts while building in the systems that ensure unmatched consistency and quality.
