Our Capabilities

Here at our Chesterfield Township manufacturing operation, we form and thread our bolts and studs to the exacting specifications of our customers.

Forming

Our header department features state-of-the-art technology to assure the highest quality.  All are equipped with advanced electronic controls to monitor quality throughout the process.

Threading

Our precision rolling systems allows to form our complex thread patterns with efficiency and the highest quality.  We are able to thread roll either before or after heat treat, depending the strength requirements of the customer.  All of our threads are rolled, not cut, minimizing scrap and eliminating contamination causing shavings.

Heat Treating

We have in-house precipitation hardening capabilities of high nickel alloys.  This precipitation hardening of A286 fasteners helps produce high yield, tensile, and creep strengths for use in high temperature applications.

China Partnership

In partnership with EJOT Taicang, our Lockthread Design and Quality are now available produced in China to serve the local Automotive Market.
